You may exchange or return your unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. If you would like to exchange for another item, you may return it to us and include a note explaining what you would like in exchange. Complete, undamaged packaging must be included with your returned shipment. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned/exchanged merchandise. Additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Fab Finds are final sale as quantities are limited.

Repair Policy:
Your Karmeru purchase is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. Any repairs needed during the first 30 days of the purchase date will be done at no charge. When a mala breaks, it is said to represent Karma – it is not a bad thing but rather a positive sign. We would be happy to restring your mala for a fee of $25.00 (plus applicable sales taxes and shipping).

Shipping Policy:
Orders being shipped within Canada will be shipped Canada Post, shipments to USA will be shipped via FedEx, within 5 days of order receipt. Customers will be contacted directly via email if special circumstances may cause a delay in shipment. Karmeru cannot be held responsible for shipments once they are delivered to the shipper. International shipments to locations outside of Canada and the USA may require additional shipping charges, based on the location of the recipient. Should additional charges be applicable, above and beyond our flat-rate charge at checkout, purchaser will be contacted directly before the shipment is sent. Additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser, should they decide to move forward with the purchase. As international shipping often cannot be tracked, it is our policy that all liability on any shipment falls on the purchaser, not Karmeru. We will use the most cost-effective and safest method of shipping, but the ultimate receipt of shipment cannot be guaranteed outside of Canada and the USA. Upon purchasing from this site, purchaser accepts/agrees to these terms set out above. Karmeru accepts no liability to damages which occur during shipment. If you package arrives in a damaged state, please contact the shipping company directly to inquire about their insurance policies.
Karmeru reserves the right to cancel any orders prior to shipment, due to lack of inventory or due to shipping complications. All cancelled orders will be refunded via the method of payment of the original order.
